Biography:
Hello, my name is Shelly and I am thrilled to be a part of the amazing team at Cathy R. Cook Attorneys at Law. This is truly my dream job: to assist our clients through what can be challenging situations to find structure and balance. The firm motto is also the motivation I bring to my work every day: to help people rebuild their lives. These transitions can be confusing and stressful. If I can help our clients understand the process and provide a helping hand as they make a life transition or establish guidelines for their families, I cannot think of a more fulfilling objective for my career.
Every day, I use the practical experience I gained as a former small business owner, along with my education in paralegal studies from the amazing ABA-certified program at Columbus State. I currently live in Montgomery with all boys – my fiancé, my two sons, and a stepson. Having been through the process myself, I am here to tell you that things get better! Hands down, my number one piece of advice (and the quickest way to move on to the next phase of your life) is to have a great lawyer to represent you. Cathy and Ethan are the best of the best! As a team, we look forward to helping you create the life you deserve.
